Today, chat depends on which website a visitor lands on.

Scorpion sites only have chat where a location advertises. WordPress sites have none.

  1. 1

    Setup · once per brand

    Paste one line

Your web team adds one script tag to the site footer, once per brand. We set up the look, the locations and the rules.

    footer.php
    <!-- Groovy Hues -->
    <script
      src="https://chat.callvera.ai/widget.js"
      data-brand="groovy-hues"
      async></script>
  2. 2

    Answer · brand knowledge

    Visitor asks anything

The agent answers from your brand knowledge and follows your rules, like no prices in chat. It's the same brain as your phone line.

how much to paint my kitchen cabinets? Every kitchen is different, so we price it at a free in-person visit. Want me to check times near you? Rule applied · no prices in chat
  3. 3

    Route · URL or ZIP

    Finds the right franchise

On a location page it knows the franchise from the URL. On the brand site it asks for a ZIP and checks every location's service area.

    ZIP 55401
GH West Valley GH North Metro serves 55401 GH Lakeside GH Riverbend
  4. 4

    Book · calendar + record

    Booked and on the record

It books into that location's calendar, alerts the owner by SMS and email, and saves the chat on the same lead as their calls.

Website chat becomes one more channel, on the same agent.

Phone, text, email and Messenger already run through Callvera. Chat joins them with the same knowledge, rules and reporting, so you only edit a greeting or rule once.

What comes out

Booked in the location's calendar Owner alerted by SMS + email One lead per customer, every channel Counted in the bookings you already see
  • One lead per customer across every channel
  • Chats counted in the bookings you already see
  • No second vendor answering your customers

Three ways to start the chat. Try all three.

Pick one per brand, or mix them. The "Inside Callvera" panel shows what happens at each step.

A chat bubble for the brand site. It answers, asks for a ZIP, then the chat belongs to that franchise.

Try 55401 (Callvera location) or 90210 (not on Callvera).

Demos are scripted to show the flow. The real agent is the one answering your calls and texts today.

Same idea as the corporate numbers. Pick where the chat starts, type a ZIP, and watch where the lead goes.

Questions we expect.

Six answers for the corporate, franchise and web teams.

Is it really the same agent as our phones?

Yes. Same brand knowledge, same rules and the same record. If you change a greeting or a rule, it changes for calls, texts and chat.

What happens for locations that don't use Callvera?

The agent collects the visitor's details and emails them to that location's email on record, like the national numbers do. Corporate still sees it at brand level.

Can chat show only on pages of active Callvera locations?

Yes, that's one switch. You can also turn chat on or off per location and choose the template, greeting and hours.

Will it give out prices?

It follows your rules. By default it doesn't quote prices in chat and offers a free in-person visit instead, the same as your phone agent.

What do we do with the Scorpion chat?

Keep it until you're ready. We'd replace it brand by brand after the WordPress pilot, so every location gets chat, not only the advertisers.

What does our web team need to do?

Paste one script tag into the site footer, once per brand. We handle the look, the locations and the routing.
